Counting fruits with Booba

A Colorful Morning
One sunny morning, Booba skipped into the garden with a big smile. The trees and bushes were heavy with ripe fruits — apples, bananas, grapes, and more. The air smelled sweet, and the bright colors made Booba’s eyes sparkle.
Booba thought, “What if I count all these fruits with my friends? It will be so much fun!” He clapped his hands and called out for Loola the parrot, Mr. Rat, and Hedgehog to join him. Soon, they were all ready for a fruity counting adventure.
One Apple
Booba pointed to a shiny red apple hanging from a tree. He plucked it carefully and held it up high.
“One apple!” he giggled.
Loola squawked, “One! One!” while Hedgehog sniffed the apple curiously. Mr. Rat gave a thumbs-up, and everyone cheered.
Two Bananas
Next, Booba spotted a bunch of bananas hanging from a branch. He pulled them down and counted:
“One, two bananas!”
He handed one to Loola and kept the other for himself. Together they pretended to talk into the bananas like telephones, making everyone laugh.
Three Grapes
Under a vine, Booba found a bunch of purple grapes. He plucked them carefully and counted out loud:
“One, two, three grapes!”
The grapes were so juicy that Hedgehog rolled into them, getting purple spots all over his back. Booba laughed until his belly shook.
Four Oranges
Soon, the group reached an orange tree. Booba stretched his arms and picked four round oranges.
“One, two, three, four oranges!” he shouted proudly.
Mr. Rat juggled them clumsily, dropping one onto his tail, which made everyone burst into giggles.
Five Strawberries
On the ground nearby, Booba spotted tiny red strawberries hiding under the leaves. He plucked them one by one:
“One, two, three, four, five strawberries!”
Loola swooped down, balancing one strawberry on her head like a crown. Hedgehog tried to copy her but ended up with three strawberries rolling across his back.
Six Watermelons
At the edge of the garden, there was a patch of huge watermelons. Booba counted carefully:
“One, two, three, four, five, six watermelons!”
The watermelons were so big that when Booba tried to pick one up, he rolled over it like a ball, making everyone laugh even harder.
A Fruity Picnic
With all the fruits counted, Booba and his friends decided to have a picnic. They spread out a blanket under a shady tree and placed all the fruits in the center.
Booba sang a little song as he pointed to each pile:
🎵 “One apple red and shiny,
Two bananas soft and tiny.
Three grapes purple and sweet,
Four oranges round to eat.
Five strawberries fresh and small,
Six watermelons big and tall!” 🎵
Everyone clapped along and repeated the song, turning learning into a fun game.
Sharing and Laughing
The friends then shared the fruits. Booba cut the watermelon into slices, Hedgehog licked the strawberries, Mr. Rat sipped orange juice, and Loola pecked gently at the grapes.
Juice dripped, seeds popped, and giggles filled the air. Counting wasn’t just about numbers — it was about enjoying the magic of fruits together.
A Happy Goodbye
When the sun began to set, the friends packed up the leftovers. Booba held up the last apple and whispered, “One more for tomorrow.” He smiled, knowing that every fruit told a little story and every number brought a little joy.
That night, as he curled up to sleep, Booba dreamed of fruit trees stretching across the sky — apples, bananas, grapes, oranges, strawberries, and watermelons — each shining like stars, waiting to be counted again.
